Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LinkOutreach ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use linkoutreach.co and our services (the "Service"). We keep things deliberately simple, and we collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Who we are

LinkOutreach is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool operated by Alexander, Founder of LinkOutreach. For any privacy question, contact us at alexander@linkoutreach.co.

2. Information we collect

  • · Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up (via email or Google).
  • · Workspace and organization data: workspace names, team membership, and settings you create.
  • · LinkedIn account data: when you connect a LinkedIn account, we store the connection credentials and metadata (name, profile identifier, account status) needed to send invites and messages on your behalf, via our provider Unipile.
  • · Prospect and campaign data: the lists, leads, sequences, and messages you build, plus the replies and accepted invites surfaced in your inbox.
  • · Billing data: subscription status per account, handled by our payment processor Polar. We do not store full card numbers.
  • · Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use your data

  • · To provide the Service: connecting accounts, building lists, running sequences, and surfacing replies.
  • · To generate AI-personalized messages and prospect research (on Pro plans), using public LinkedIn profile data.
  • · To process billing and manage your subscriptions.
  • · To send transactional and lifecycle emails (welcome, replies, account status). You can opt out of non-essential emails in Settings.
  • · To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Inbox privacy

We receive a notification for every message on a connected LinkedIn account, but we only store and surface a message when the sender is a prospect you placed in a campaign. Messages from anyone else, and conversations that existed before your outreach, are dropped on arrival and never shown to you.

5. Subprocessors

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

  • · Supabase: database, authentication, and hosting of your data.
  • · Unipile: the LinkedIn connection layer (connect, search, invite, message).
  • · Polar: subscription billing and payments.
  • · OpenRouter: large-language-model access for AI search and message generation.
  • · Resend: transactional and lifecycle email delivery.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a workspace or close your account, we delete the associated data, except where we must retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email alexander@linkoutreach.co and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, scoped API keys, and per-tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any material breach as required by law.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
