Terms of Service

LinkOutreach lets you connect LinkedIn accounts, build prospect lists, run automated outreach sequences (invites, messages, and follow-ups under safety limits), and control it all from the app, an API, or an MCP connector. Features depend on your plan.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

• · Send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• · Scrape, resell, or misuse third-party data in violation of applicable law or those parties' rights.
• · Attempt to bypass the Service's safety limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• · Use the Service to violate the terms of LinkedIn or any other platform you connect.
• · Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.

LinkOutreach is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn through the Service is also subject to LinkedIn's own terms. Automated outreach can carry risk to your LinkedIn account; you use the Service at your own discretion. We apply conservative default sending limits and randomized delays to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome with LinkedIn or other third parties.

Paid plans are billed per connected LinkedIn account through our payment processor, Polar, on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Accounts left connected without an active subscription past the grace period may be disconnected automatically.

You retain ownership of the lists, messages, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the prospects you import or target.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will deliver any specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, including any consequences affecting your LinkedIn or other connected accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
